As a naval architect, starting at a young age whilst still in school, Peter has designed a passenger luxury event ship for 400 passengers. The ship was later used “as a stable platform” to film scenes around the beautiful town of Dubronik in the Star Wars Episode VIII movie. The ship has an open upper deck connecting the people on the upper and lower deck giving them a view on the center stage.

 

 

As a naval architect, he quickly joined the family business and later took it over, endeavoring in construction all around the world. From designing anchor handling tugs, container ships, modifying cargo ships to dredgers and working for cruise/expedition companies being the project engineer on re-engining of a cruise/expedition vessel for the arctic regions. He also works with cruise/expedition vessels designing and architecting new sky lounges, lecture rooms and ongoing works on the vessels. All ships must be able to work in remote regions, self supporting and complying to structural, stability and environmental rules. For pleasure, Peter also designs aluminum catamarans for fishing, oil spill clean-up works and aluminum catamarans.

He currently works for an operating company making conversions of a crew compartments of an oil rig and jack up barge and making drawings for deck equipment arrangements.

 

Peter is not afraid of hard and dedicated work to get a project done correctly and is not foreign to construction, regulations, negotiations, architecture and design and the rules associated with such from around the globe.
